a.m. = toasted bun, 1 egg, 2 veggie sausage patties w/a bit of ketchup (i had a craving, it was the best i could do under the circumstances) approx. calories ~ 450*
noon = veggie delight & sm. wonton soup (w/1 wonton)
*normally, i could care less how many calories are in what i eat, b/c i'm eating so healthy...but when i eat like this, I need to notate it for future reference. The veggie sausage patties were actually pretty tasty. I mean, I could tell they were veggie & not meat, but they still tasted pretty good :)
